Elin, 36, and Chris, 57, were pictured in the luxury resort of St. Moritz, where it appears they are enjoying a romantic getaway together.
It is not the first time that the former couple, who split in August 2014 after a year of dating, have sparked rumors of a reunion, however; in December, the pair were seen cuddling up together at a Marchesa event in New York City.
Elin, a former nanny and model, was married to professional golfer Tiger for six years, before they split in 2010 over his infidelity.
