Barrister and his wife 'launched campaign of threats against young mother who had affair with him in effort to drive her out of town - including exposing her sexual tastes to friends'
Barrister Jonathan Simpson, 48, and his wife Katherine Simpson, 49, of Winchester in Hampshire, allegedly sent letters to the father of the woman's child outlining her 'love' of explicit sexual acts.
On once occasion Simpson turned up at the woman's child's school to drop leaflets, even though a restraining order had been made against him, Southwark Crown Court heard. At the time of the allegations the woman - who cannot be named for legal reasons - had a young child and was pregnant.
