Stephen Hawking and Russian technology entrepreneur Yuri Milner are researching life outside the earth. They intend to spend 100 million dollars on a breakthrough listen project of searching for signals from alien civilizations. The researchers intend to use powerful radio telescopes that can detect 100 watt laser emission or a common household light bulb, from 25 trillion miles. These are powerful telescopes that are 100 miles far away from mobile phones. The project will help to connect with other planets using a BOINC app on a fully charged andriod phone or computer with wifi connection. The telescopes and mobile app will help discover whether we are alone or we have aliens outside the earth. Hope the 10 year plan project works.
