Dr Clare Miller, 32, from London was praised by Navy Seal commando Ray Care who trained her for a TV experiment due to be broadcast tonight. It puts participants through trials used by Special Forces from around the world, including the US Navy Seals whose 'surf torture' - a gruelling series of press-ups, push-ups and commando crawls on the seashore - features on tonight's episode. Other regimes to feature on BBC2's Special Forces: Ultimate Hell Week include those deployed by the SAS, Russia's Spetsnaz and Israel's Yamam.
