Kim Kardashian West Glorifies God for 'Miracle' Pregnancy; Posts Bare Baby Bump Photo to Debunk Surrogacy Rumors

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West celebrate North's 1st birthday. Kim Kardashian West is actively using social media in an attempt to shut down surrogacy rumors by posting a statement saying her unborn son with rap mogul husband Kanye West "is a miracle from God." Kardashian West, the 34-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, took to Twitter to glorify God for her second pregnancy after being vocal about having trouble conceiving. "I'm grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me," she tweeted to her fans on Tuesday. Despite commenting on social media that such accusations don't affect her, she subsequently posted an image of her bare baby bump on Twitter in an attempt to debunk rumors that she hired a surrogate to carry her child. Kim Kardashian Praying to Get Through Pregnancy Sickness After Asking God for New Child "First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it. ... Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it. ... SMH," she tweeted. "Some days I'm photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I've just eaten & I look bigger. It's all a part of the process." According to Kardashian West, she would have publicly documented the process of surrogacy if she chose to ask someone else to carry her second child with West into the world. After facing harsh criticism for her weight gain and pregnancy fashion when she was pregnant with her first child, 2-year-old North West, Kardashian West insists she's comfortable in her own skin. "U know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate," she tweeted. "Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different. I've learned to love my body at every stage!" During her first pregnancy with North, Kardashian suffered from a dangerous condition called preeclampsia that results in high blood pressure and possible organ damage. These days, she is grateful to have avoided the condition in her second pregnancy thus far. "I'm blessed to even be pregnant & luckier to not have preeclampsia so far, so I don't have the swelling issue, " Kardashian West wrote in her series of tweets. "They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl. Wishing all of the moms out there a happy & healthy pregnancy & delivery! #MiracleFromGod #Blessed." The Wests are due to give birth in December and have had to deal with their fair share of rumors and scrutiny concerning their second pregnancy. After undergoing In Vitro Fertilization where the egg and sperm are fertilized outside of the body, Us Weekly reported that the couple preselected the gender of their future child. "She only had boy embryos implanted," a source close to Kardashian West reportedly told Us Weekly. However, Kardashian's representative Ina Treciokas denied those claims in an email to Refinery29.com stating, "the story is false."The reality television star also came under scrutiny after taking to social media to promote the morning sickness drug Diclegis, which the Federal Drug Administration took issue with Kardashian praising without listing any of its side effects on Instagram. "The social media post is misleading because it presents various efficacy claims for Diclegis, but fails to communicate any risk information," the FDA's letter to the head of Diclegis states. The Wests have both publicly spoken about being Christians and Kim previously told Australia's "Today Show" that they were trusting God for their next child, before the news of her pregnancy broke. "I guess, it's all in God's hands," she said on the "Today Show."
