Rafael Nadal knocked out of US Open

Rafael Nadal was knocked out of the US Open tennis tournament Saturday after he threw away a two-set lead to lose to Italy’s Fabio Fognini. Nadal outplayed Fognini for over an hour at the Arthur Ashe Stadium but the Italian stormed back to win 3-6, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 6-4.
