School bans 12-year-old girl from classes until she paints the heels of her 25 pounds New Look shoes black

Shakira Silom has been put into isolation at Ormiston Venture Academy in Gorleston, near Great Yarmouth, because the heels and soles of her flat shoes are a light brown. Her parents Jason and Gillian Silom have refused to comply with the school's 'ridiculous' rules and so Shakira has been separated from her classmates and is being taught on her own.
