The 34-year-old TV and radio presenter, who welcomed her second child with husband Jesse Wood into the world on Wednesday morning, took to Twitter on Thursday to upload a precious picture of her little girl. Sharing a sweet shot of newborn Honey's tiny hands, the new mother gushed with pride over the latest addition to the family.
