Skype’s live translation tool was earlier in December last year released in preview to desktop users, now Microsoft has announced that the tool is rolling out to all users.
According to the company, the Translator feature now supports English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, and 50 messaging languages the Windows desktop app.
Microsoft says the app gets intelligent as more people use it, thanks to the machine learning tech it’s developed on, and users feedback from the preview release.
When the update arrives, you’ll notice a new Skype Translator icon within the app. That means your Skype for Windows app is ready to start translating away.
