LinkedIn’s been about trying to bring the right jobs closer to you. And as part of its effort to accomplish that, just gave its job listing page a new refresh that now makes it concerned with the platform’s personalities profile data.
The updated job listing page now surfaces more than just requirements, — insights about job listings — a company’s growth rate, average tenure, and top schools and companies they hire from. That is, “connections” you may have at the company, the company’s history of hiring people like you, likely employees/environment you’ll be working if finally you get the job and an option to instantly send a private mail (InMail) to the poster.
In addition, there’s a new “Meet the Team” feature that displays employees presently on similar roles with their skills and work experience. This can be seen as tool to help users gather some useful insights and get to connect with the employees before taking an action. The redesigned jobs page update is currently rolling out to a few users and in due course should reach all LinkedIn job seekers.
