OK, so we have been having a fairly mild winter so far, but the
people of Watford are taking it to extremes.
Sun-lovers could be seen in
shorts and T-shirts, and even chilling out TOPLESS in Cassiobury Park
today, despite no obvious spike in the area’s temperature.
The beautiful sunshine being
enjoyed by people in the park made it look more like a nice day in July rather
than late December, but we don’t think it made it any less chilly.
Obviously a few thick coats
could be seen, however just as many pairs of shades were also donned by dog
walkers and joggers.
