The TFI Friday host, 49, showed his heroic side as he rescued a pensioner who struggled in the tide on his Caribbean holiday.
The BBC Radio 2 host has been hailed a hero on his trip after he helped a group of elderly swimmers who ventured out too far in the ocean.
As one appeared to lose their balance, he ran into the water fully clothed and helped to put her back on her feet, while his wife Natasha ran to a local hotel to fetch help.
The kind star linked arms with the startled OAP and walked her back to shore. Chris and Natasha are in Barbados along with their two children, Noah, six and Eli, three, where they have been enjoying an otherwise relaxing break.
