Michelle Dexter, 34, from Leigh-On-Solent, had been with her partner Matt Jones for just seven months when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2015.
The pair decided to freeze an embryo together after Michelle was warned that the chemotherapy could ruin her chances of having babies. She decided to document her entire journey through a series of photographs which she shared with friends on Facebook.
Michelle, who is now cancer free, pictured (clockwise from left); before her lumpectomy operation, during IVF; and on the first and last day of her chemo treatment.
