Teenager Saves £7.72 On His Train Journey From Sheffield To Essex By Taking A PLANE Via Berlin

Jordon Cox, 18, is so obsessed with saving money that he has been dubbed 'The Coupon Kid'. His latest bargain involved travelling an extra 1,017 miles, spending seven hours in the German capital and still spending less than on a train fare. 

The teenager flew from East Midlands Airport to Berlin, back to Stansted and then took a bus to his home in Shenfield Essex. He is pictured in front of the Brandenburg Gate (right).
