Mummy blogger Constance Hall, (above) from Perth Australia, has said that breasting is a 'royal f****** let down' in a frank and honest post on her Facebook page (inset).
The mother of three also wrote about the pain associated with cracked and bleeding nipples, and the ordeal of using a breast pump to her 448,000 followers.
The blogger implored women to never feel like failures for not breastfeeding, given the 'agony' it causes.
