Leicester coach, Claudio Ranieri has declared that there is no stopping his side as they storm Manchester today to face City who are second on the EPL log.
Ranieri who was literally on cloud nine after their 2-0 bashing of Liverpool Tuesday night was equally full of praise for his attacking duo of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez. Vardy struck twice in the game against Liverpool, with the first being a classical volley from 30 yards.
“How Riyad Mahrez passed the ball to Vardy, and Vardy has time to look and see the goalkeeper out of the goal, is unbelievable,” Ranieri said.
On today’s game against City, the Italian said his wards wont be carried away, insisting that they will keep fighting to the end.
“We want to continue to fight until the end. We have to take it step by step,” he said.
The Foxes were 5,000-1 rank outsiders for the title in August but are now 10 points clear of fifth place and very much in contention for the title.
