I'm a Celebrity star Duncan Bannatyne, 66, clearly started Valentine's Day in a romantic frame of mind by posing for a shirtless picture in bed with Nigora Whitehorn, 36, which she posted on Instagram. 

The couple are holidaying in Portugal and Duncan had bought his girlfriend plenty of roses prompting one Twitter user to ask if he had left 'any flowers in the shop.'
