Plucked From The Wreckage: Baby Is Among 200 Pulled Alive From Rubble After Devastating 6.4 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Taiwan Leaving Dozens Feared Dead And Hundreds More Trapped

Rescue workers have now pulled more than 200 people alive from the rubble, including this baby, left, following the early morning earthquake which toppled at least two residential buildings. 

Emergency services are said to be concentrating their efforts on a 17-storey block which was thrown onto its side by the force of the tremor. 

Three people have been confirmed dead so far, among them a baby, said to be just 10 days old, while survivors have described smashing what remained of the walls of their home in order to escape the mangled wreckage.
