Scarlett Holyoake, 18, was six months pregnant when she collapsed at home in Risca, South Wales. The trainee chef had planned on calling her son Rocco.
Tests revealed she had deep vein thrombosis. Her devastated boyfriend Sam Moulder (left), 20, said Miss Holyoake couldn't wait to be a mother and had been in good spirits in the hours before her death. Tests revealed Miss Holyoake died from deep vein thrombosis (DVT) - a blood clot in one of the deep veins in the body - which is more common during pregnancy.
