Elin Russell-Hughes, 33, from Anglesey, North Wales, flew to marry her fiance Gareth Wyn Williams, 45, in New York with both her wrists in casts after breaking them 10 days earlier.
Her friends had thrown her an almighty bachelorette weekend 'to remember' as they wouldn't be attending the low key nuptials.
The newlywed initially feared she'd have to cancel the ceremony, but she said: 'After a good cry over a bottle of gin I decided that a couple of broken bones weren't got to stop me'.
