The former X-Factor star, 27, collided with a Saab outside a Tube station in Southgate, on September 10 (scene pictured bottom right) - reportedly just days after she collected the luxury sports car.
Police said today they charged Miss Contostavlos (pictured left weeks after the crash) with 'drink driving and dangerous driving' on March 7.
She has been released on bail and will appear in front of magistrates on April 4. Pictured top right, the singer in her car before the crash.
