Ditch that highlighter! Doctor behind Kylie Jenner's plumper pout reveals how he can inject fillers to create PERMANENT 'facial contouring' in graphic time-lapse video

Dr. Simon Ourian, the cosmetic dermatologist who works with Kim Kardashian, Kylie and the rest of the family, has shared his technique for non-surgical facial contouring using derma fillers. 

In a short time-lapse video. Dr. Ourian (top right) can be seen giving his patient, Russian TV presenter Victoria Bonya (left and inset), facial contouring, a cheek lift, jawline enhancement, and a chin lift using strategically placed dermal fillers at his office, the Epione Cosmetic Laser Center in Beverly Hills. Kim, 35, is known for her love of using make-up to contour the shape of her face (bottom right).
