Plastic surgeon Adrian Richard has revealed how A-listers are getting subtle implants and fat injections to give their cleavage a natural-looking boost.
He analysed eight celebrities who have recently appeared with fuller busts and in his opinion Jessica Alba (left) has boosted her cleavage with small, round implants. Nicole Richie (second left) may also have had small implants, and he's certain that Taylor Swift (second right) has enhanced her cleavage with subtle teardrop implants. He believes that Miranda Kerr (right) is looking slightly bigger chested thanks to implants placed under the muscle.
