Mother-of-eight relives the nightmare of waking up SIX DAYS after having a C-section to discover that both of her legs had been amputated

Ella Clarke, 32, from Torquay, Devon, has gone from being an active mother to being instantly wheelchair-bound after the birth of her eighth child Winter Rose. 


A near-fatal condition caused by her placenta led to a haemorrhage, hysterectomy and then blood clotting while she was in an induced coma. Ella says she's now a shadow of her former self and her other children (inset) are now too scared to cuddle her after her limbs were removed while she was unconscious.
