Zinedine Zidane called Real Madrid the ‘club of his life’ last night after completing an extraordinary hat-trick.
The Frenchman scored the goal that won them their ninth European Cup; was number two to Carlo Ancelotti when they won their tenth; and now he has managed the club to its 11th European Cup.
He said: ‘This is the club of my life. It has given me the chance to excel in everything.'
