An £8million Ming vase collection, toxic inheritance, damaging secrets and a family smashed to pieces: Daughter's despair as judge rules siblings can break up art hoard collected by aide to Lady Thatcher

Caroline and James Butler (top and bottom right) have won a six-year legal battle against their siblings Katharine and Charles over the future of their late father's £8million Ming vase collection.

The decision means the collection held in the family museum in Dorset will be divided. Katharine (main) believes her father, former Thatcher aide Sir Michael Butler, will be devastated by the court ruling.
