Horrific moment Oxford graduate cyclist, 26, was sucked under a lorry and crushed beneath it at one of London's worst junctions

Ying Tao (left and right, ringed) was crushed by a 32-tonne lorry near the Bank of England in London (right) and her husband has called for a fresh investigation into the driver Lee Williams. 

Lawyers for Jin Chuan Zhou have asked City of London Police to reconsider prosecuting Mr Williams after the force concluded there was not enough evidence to bring charges against him earlier this year. But the force said it had 'no plans' to review the previous investigation.
