That's one way to beat the heatwave! Panda plays with giant ice block as temperatures reach 36C in Chinese zoo

Weiwei the panda was feeling the heat in sweltering temperatures at Wuhan City in the Hubei Province of China, so zookeepers came up with a novel idea to cool the giant bear down: They presented him a massive 200kg block of ice. 

The block quickly became the panda's new favourite toy and he was photographed cuddling the cube all day long.
