The 29-year-old appeared completely naked for the September cover of Women's Health UK as eagle-eyed fans were able to spot a 'Finn' tattoo on her left buttock.
She famous appeared on the highly-popular Fox musical series Glee with Cory as his character was star quarterback Finn Hudson.
It is not the only permanent remembrance on Lea's body for the fallen star as back in April she shared a black and white photo of a miniature number five inked under her arm.
The tattoo is in reference to the jersey number of quarterback Finn, as her late boyfriend died aged 31 in July 2013 from a heroin and alcohol overdose.
Lea, whose song You're Mine is dedicated to the actor, also has the last words that Cory ever said to her - 'if you say so' - inked onto her side.
