'I cannot put into words our heartbreak': Blogger with terminal brain tumour loses battle with cancer just ONE DAY before her dream wedding

Anna Swabey, 24, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, passed away in her home after a long battle with a rare form of brain tumour. 


She had been due to marry her fiance Andy Bell (pictured inset) tomorrow. Anna was diagnosed with a very rare Grade Three brain tumour, known as anaplastic astrocytoma, in January 2015.
