'She's a woman with an agenda': Angelina Jolie is 'looking to move to England in order to become a peer in the House of Lords'

Angelina Jolie has her sights set on relocating to the UK in order to further her political career, according to reports.

The A list star, 41, who has filed for divorce from husband Brad Pitt, 52, following an alleged verbal and physical incident on a trans-Atlantic flight, has been open about her desire to bring about change through politics.

Ian Halperin, author of Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, told the Daily Star: 'Their relationship has been soured. They’re rarely in public together. When they’re under the same roof it’s complete fireworks.

'She’s a woman with an agenda, she wants to leave the United States, she wants to work in the UK, she wants to get in the House of Lords, she has a non-profit foundation there. She has her sights set on England.'
