Michael Bublé and Luisana Lopilato's son Noah, 3, set to have four months of chemotherapy for liver cancer giving him a 90% chance of beating it

Doctors in Los Angeles confirmed Michael and his actress wife Luisana Lopilato's worst fears last Tuesday after doing a biopsy following an initial examination at a clinic in Buenos Aires. 


He is also said to have started chemotherapy which is going to last four months, magazine Gent, reports.
