How many times a day do YOU brush your teeth?

Young women have the worst dental hygiene in Australia, a new survey has revealed.
The survey of more than 1,000 by Colgate found a whopping 48 per cent of women aged 24 to 35 brushed their teeth just once a day - if that.

Only eight per cent of young women surveyed rated their oral health as 'excellent', the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Colgate's scientific affairs manager, Dr Susan Cartwright, said the results were surprising as many assumed young women were more 'conscious of their appearance'.
'I'm not sure of the reasoning except the idea that you might be bulletproof,' she told the Sydney Morning Herald.
This could create problems later on, with many believing their teeth were fine and refusing to see a dentist until something went wrong.
When it came to teeth, preventing an issue was far easier than treating one, Dr Cartwright said.
'It's about preventing problems. Getting implants is not as good as keeping the original teeth in good condition.
'It may seem like [your dentist] is not doing much, but you can reverse gum disease in the early stages.'
Just as it was important to brush more than once a day, people should avoid brushing too frequently and wearing away their enamel, Dr Cartwright said.
