The 33-year-old's statement frock demanded attention as she made her way through the star-studded crowd at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on Sunday.
The country star told E! - who put her on its Worst Dressed List - that she picked out the pink frock the night before and was immediately drawn to it.
The dress featured sheer panels at her waistline and down the centre of her chest.
