They walked the ubiquitous red carpet sheltered by a plastic tent, under brooding grey skies which threatened heavy rain.
But the stars of Hollywood made no concession to the stormy weather, as they strutted their stuff in a dazzling array of bright colourful gowns at the Golden Globes on Sunday. From Natalie Portman in mustard yellow to Drew Barrymore in silver and white, the streets of Hollywood were a veritable rainbow of colour.
