Adele's personal trainer reveals how the singer slimmed down, boosted her energy, and stays feeling fresh


Adele has made an incredible fitness transformation with Pete Geracimo, who has been a personal trainer for over 20 years. 


In a recent interview, she revealed that she wanted to 'get in shape for myself, but not to be a size zero or anything like that'. 

For her this meant cutting back on sugar, giving up smoking and hitting the gym - specifically, doing weights.
