Aspiring Minds, a global assessment company has partnered BrighterMonday and Jobberman to introduce its AMCAT corporate assessments, skills tests and graduate employability tests in Africa.
AMCAT is an online solution and as such can test candidates (for employment) anywhere they are.
Opeyemi Awoyemi, Founder at Jobberman.com (Nigeria), announced the partnership via his LinkedIn page, saying, "With a massive youth working population, getting the relevant candidates can sometimes be a needle in a haystack."
He said that AMCAT’s employability evaluation and certification covers psychometric tests, assessments for intern and graduate employability, over 5000 skills and role based tests and assessment for middle management and executive leadership. Aspiring Minds’ computer adaptive tests have been taken by over 750,000 candidates globally.
Awoyemi said that the partnership with Africa’s second leading recruitment platforms, BrighterMonday (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) and Jobberman (Nigeria, Ghana) hopes to target 1 million candidates taking tests over the next 24 months.
