The Portuguese superstar's account is second on the list of most followed accounts on the photo-sharing platform, though first place is occupied by the official Instagram company.
Third on the list is pop star Ariana Grande, who has 173million followers, while actor and former wrestler Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson lies 3million followers behind in fourth.
