Abia Assembly Makes Blood Group, Genotype Mandatory

The Abia state house of assembly has mandated all institutions of learning to ensure students are tested clinically upon admission to determine the blood groups and genotypes and reflect them in their identity cards. This will help fast track medical attention of sickle cell anemia and other ailments.
