Who designed Windows 10?

Terry Myerson is one that designed Windows 10 which is available in 190 countries. He  is Microsoft's Executive Vice President of the Windows and Devices Group. Myerson expects more than 1 billion PCs, phones and tablets to be running Windows 10 by 2018.
