Holidaymakers who slip an e-reader into their
luggage rather than a pile of books can make extra room for clothes - and might
even protect themselves from a weight surcharge from their airline. Although
e-readers cost around £100, you get a gadget that stores 1,000 books. It is
also much lighter than a book. An e-reader has black and white colour screen, about six to seven inches with long lasting battery duration. Mathilde Lundsberg-Nielsen, 17, believes there
is no substitute for a real book when relaxing at home, but on holiday she
enjoys the convenience of an e-reader.
