Born and raised in Port Hacourt, Monalisa Chinda
has come a long way in the entertainment industry as one of the most sought
after actors in Nollywood. The actress who is also a television presenter is 41
years old today. She was born on September 13, 1974. The beautiful mother of
one stormed the movie scene with an appearance in the 1996 movie, Pregnant
Virgin.
She however returned to school and graduated in 2000 after which she
ventured fully into the movie industry. She has stared in about 100 movies and
has produced films which include Kiss and Tell, Weekend Getaway and many others.
Earlier this year, the Theatre Arts graduate launched her talk show, You and I
with Monalisa and it has continued to garner accolades.
The 41 year old beauty
recently covered the September edition of House of Maliq magazine and has
continued to put her A-game to her craft. She has also been named as one of the
sexiest single mums in the entertainment industry.
