Dubai’s most expensive apartment has gone on sale for a whopping $49million (£32million) – but it won’t be ready until 2017.
Sitting on top of ONE at Palm Jumeirah – a 25 storey tower – the plush penthouse pad comes with an infinity pool and spa, as well as a 12-space garage.
Described as a ‘private temple’ the lavish complex is due for completion by 2017 and being constructed by Omniyat and Drake & Scull International.
The eight-bedroom suite, which sprawls across 42,477 square-feet, is decked with a staggering 16,641 square-feet of balcony area.
As well as a maid’s quarter, a kitchen with a separate prep room and wall-to-wall windows, there is a professional barbeque pit and outdoor terrace. Other facilities include a gym, hair salon and a cinema.
The entire building was designed by New York firm SOMA architects and boasts panoramic views of both the ocean and the flashy city.
