The Duchess Of Cambridge Turns On The Glitz In Bold £2,660 Erdem Dress At Black Tie Gala Dinner

The Duchess of Cambridge debuted a glamorous new floral dress tonight by one of her favourite designers, London-based label Erdem. Kate was a riot of colour in the thoroughly sophisticated £2,660 silk dress at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds black tie event at the Victoria & Albert Mueum in London, which was attended by some of Britain's richest women. The gala dinner and earlier reception was in aid of the 33-year-old's charity, The Art Room, which uses art therapy to build the confidence of vulnerable children experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties. The Duchess's appearance comes just 24 hours after she dazzled in a bespoke pale blue Jenny Packham gown at the James Bond movie premiere. Pictured: Kate beams in her Erdem dress and the late Queen Mother's diamond and sapphire fringe earrings and is greeted by Amanda Pullinger, the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Women in Hedge Funds (right).
