Sarah Ferguson (pictured) has taken to American shopping channel QVC to promote hair straighteners. She told viewers the Calista Perfecter Ultra 2-in-1 Hair Styler, worth £52.92, help her cope with a 'busy life' in the public spotlight and once helped her get ready in 12 minutes after 30 hour journey to Delhi. The duchess also posed for before and after pictures in which her unkempt, frizzy hair (left) was magically transformed to sleek and shiny (right).
But Ferguson risked accusations of trying to cash in on her previous marriage to Prince Andrew when she said the product was available in 'royal purple'. After divorcing Andrew she found success in America and once earned up to £2million a year.
