The 38-year-old beauty looked full of confidence as she strolled along the sand in her skimpy swimwear after enjoying some watersports with X Factor judge Simon.

Lauren showed off her incredible curves in her tiny red bikini, where her tie-side bottoms enhanced her extremely long and slim legs to maximum effect.

The low-cut top featured metallic detail on the halter-neck straps, with the star matching the gold with a pendant necklace.  

She coordinated her mirrored aviator sunglasses with the swimsuit while pulling her raven tresses into a chic ponytail which she topped off with a white baseball cap
