The Man Who's Fathered 54 Babies In Just Two Years: Britain's Most Prolific Sperm Donor Also Has 8 Children Of His Own

Declan Rooney (pictured), 43, from Middlesbrough, has his own website to offer his services and has fathered 31 children this year alone and another 15 women who he has donated sperm to are currently pregnant with his children. Mr Rooney boasts a 50 per cent first-time success rate and says he has even helped couples who have been unable to conceive through IVF, and once had three successes in 24 hours. Rooney, who admits to once producing a specimen in a museum toilet and handing it to the mother in a take-away coffee cup, has defended his efforts which he says 'create families'.
