The 20-year-old recently vacationed with the 21-year-old One Direction singer in St Barths, where they appeared to have rekindled their relationship.
The pair, who dated in 2013, were spotted kissing and cuddling as they lounged on their luxury yacht's deck.
On Sunday, Kendall wore are fuzzy white coat and aviator sunglasses as she got her caffeine fix.
The runway fixture left her long dark hair down, and appeared to go make-up free.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also wore a ribbed grey turtleneck and black leggings with grey Nike sneakers.
She carried a black Hermes mini-Birkin handbag but otherwise kept her accessorize to a minimum.
The model's mother Kris Jenner is said to be delighted that her daughter is back together with 1D heart throb.
