KATIE HOPKINS: I'm Missing Part Of My Brain But I'm Still The Same Woman I Was, Everything Seems Like It Still Works And Suddenly The Words 'Thank You' Just Aren't Big Enough

MailOnline columnist KATIE HOPKINS today said she was grateful for 'having her sight, hands and legs' as she recovers from brain surgery intended to cure her epilepsy.

Katie, 41, underwent a 12-hour operation on Monday, with surgeons removing part of her brain, but is now on the road to recovery with no serious complications.

Here she reflects on a traumatic 48 hours and thanks Andrew McEvoy and the rest of her medical team at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. You can also watch her video message.
