Nigerian Defence Academy Commences Online Admission



Lagos State indigenes who desire to pursue a career in the Nigerian Armed Forces can now apply online into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) from January 26 to March 2016.

An official statement from the office of the Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Tunji Bello, directs all the interested applicants to purchase the Access Pin Code by visiting the application portal –www.ndaapplications.net for the examination which is slated for Saturday, April 23, 2016. Instructions on how to purchase the access code is also available on the portal with the link – www.nda.edu.ng
Applications are to be submitted electronically with the downloading of the acknowledgement form upon submission. 

Only candidates who meet the national cut-off mark from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board would be allowed to have access to print out the examination admission card which would enable them to participate in the examination.

They are to also bring their acknowledgment forms and examination admission card with two postcard sized (3.5 * 5 inches) photographs to the examination centre on the date of the examination.

The passport photograph should be coloured and should show only the chest upwards.
The admission into the academy is based on merit and the quota system as enshrined in Section 18(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) with male and female indigenes of each state to fill the allotted vacancies.
